Show MAY 4, 1983 0 n vine Mr. and Mrs. Allen Baird announce the arrival of a son, Adam Park, bom on March 15 at the LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City. He weighed 8 lb. 4 oz. At home are Andrew and Aaron. Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Elbert Baird, Layton; Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Hill, Salt Lake City. Not only did the Davis High School orchestra students enjoy their recent trip to Mexico to perform concerts and programs in that country, but the parents who went along as chaperons also had a fabulous ttrip and experience. Chaperons included Richard Marsden conductor and his wife Lana, Dr. Harold Hansen and Margaret Hansen, Frank and Beverly Robison, Harold and Bertha Hansen, Robert and Vilate McDonald, Charles and Laura Barlow, Dennis and Pam Donoviel, Richard and LaRene Christen sen, Roger and Sarah Glines, Wayne and Ruth James. Also Dr. John Steiner and wife Pat, Jack and Ruth Jack and Elaine Palmer, Ivan Lincoln, Ruth Harvey, Nina Barton, Carole Ward, Gail Bock, Anna Anderson, Marian Storey, ShermaOram, Dorothy Bitters, Addie Marsden, Connie Dahlstet, Evelyn Lindquist, Judy Barton and the daughter of Pres, and Mrs. Eldean Holliday. Mrs. Carma Noble, another aunt was c- ohostess. Win-war- attended. Mrs. Gladys Albano returned home after spending the winter months in Phoenix, Ariz. with her daughter Jean. The Davis Antelopers Trailer Club spent the weekend at Crystal Springs. Members included Mr. and Mrs. Waynard Bennett, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Debbie Volmar. Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth and family attended the Clo-wa- rd Packer, Mr. and Mrs. funeral service of her father, LaMonte Nessen, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Butler, all of Kays- Ralph Morgan held in Layton last week. Joan Barton was recently injured in an automobile accident and is now convalescing at her home. Mrs. Geraldean Johnson entertained at a family miscellaneous bridal shower at her home Saturday in honor of a niece Denise Holliday who will be married May 20. The couple was honored at a wedding breakfast at Log Haven and a reception at the Kaysville Tabernacle. THE BRIDE wore a gown that she designed. It was made of candlelight Alencon lace and bridal satin. The bodice . and sleeves were embroidered with pearls. It featured a Victorian neckline, juliet sleeves and chapel length train. Her sheer illusion veil was chapel length, dotted with pearls. It fell from a circlet of silk stephanotis, pearls and fresh baby breath. HER FLOWERS were phyonopsis orchids, stephano-ti- s, columbine and baby breath. THE BRIDES mother wore ; . oiue chiffon dress and a di.:- - coisage of gardenias and heather. Flower girl was Amy-Lyn- Mirafzal. Page was Ryan Davies. BEST MAN duties were performed by John Heath. Ushers were Joe Cyr and Bradley K. Davies. Prenuptial parties were given by Carolyn Hawkins, Julie Stenquist, Krista Shel-- . ton, Jennifer Davies and Kris- tin Mirafzal. STEPHANIE and Michael graduated from Davis High and Kaysville Seminary and attended BYU. Michael filled an LDS Italy Catania mission. The couple honeymooned in Park City and they will travel to Brazil where they will be given an open house hosted by his parents. They will make their home in Farmington. PSP 4 f MR. AND MRS. TOM PASSEY Repeat Temple Vows Janeen Jolley and Tom Passey were married April 29 in the Ogden LDS Temple by Paul R. Lindemann. THE BRIDE is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George V. Jolley of 3123 E. Cherry Lane, Layton, k The couple was honored at a wedding breakfast at the Valley View Country Club and a reception at the Cherry Lane Chapel. THE BRIDE wore an original gown made of satin quiana, fitted bodice with Cinderella neckline and contoured high waistline dipping in back, sleeves. The bodice, skirt and train were accented with lace appliques embellished with hand-sew- n pearls. She carried a bouquet of roses, lilies and carnations. Maid of honor was Melinda Jolley. Bridesmaids were Mrs. ss Layton High and LDS Semi- nary. The groom graduated from Layton High and LDS Seminary. He has attended Weber State and is now attending BYU. He filled an LDS Brazil Sao Paulo South mission. After a honeymoon to Yellowstone, they will make their home in Provo.
