Ham, 78, Post Falls, Idaho, was arrested late Wednesday on a warrant charging him with} abortion and homicide. | His wife, Mildred, 68, was accused of aiding and abetting abortion and homicide. Both were held in city jail with bail set at $10,000 for each. They were to appear Thursday before Municipal Judge Gordon| Lower. | Ham, who listed his practice as that of a naturopathic physician but whose state license lists him as a senipractor, was arrested on a five-count warrant. 4 The charges include performing abortions on a 15-year old girl and an adult woman, homicide for the “killing of a quick child,” unprofessional conduct and giving another person a| substance which will help abort.| Mrs. Ham was charged with aiding and abetting all counts! except that of unprofessional conduct. Deputy Prosecutor Phelps Gose, who signed the complaint, said the girl’s child was born in late January about two weeks after the complaint alleges she was given a substance to cause abortion.
