Thompson (Thompson) filed a Motion for Leave to Intervene and for Continuance in this consolidated proceeding. Thompsons motion sought to continue the schedule for this matter set forth in our Notice of Scheduling and Hearing issued June 19, 1986, to allow Thompson to file an application for authority to construct and operate distribution systems in the cities of Richfield, Cedar City and St. propane-ai- r George, Utah. Mountain Fuel Supply Company filed a Memorandum and Response to the Motion taking the position that Thompsons intervention should be granted, but opposing any further continuance of the consolidated proceeding. The Motion came before the Commission on its Law and Motion calendar on July 14, 1986, with the parties set forth above appearing. Petrolane Gas Service Corporation (Petrolane) supported the continuance, Mountain Fuel opposed it and all other parties were neutral. All parties indicated that if Thompson were allowed to file an application in this consolidated case, the schedule of proceedings previously set by the Commission would have to be adjusted. The Commission issued a bench order allowing Thompsons intervention, directing the parties to meet and agree upon a procedural schedule, and directing counsel for Thompson to prepare a proposed written order consistent with the bench ruling. On July 18, 1986 the Commission received the Proposed Order which, at the request of counsel for Central Utah Gas, was not immediately issued, giving him an opportunity to discuss potential problems with other counsel. On August 8, 1986 the Commission received a Notice of Withdrawal by Thompson. The Commission finds it is impractical to resume the original schedule at this time and will accept the recommended procedural and scheduling dates proposed on July 18, 1986. The Commission being fully advised and having fully considered the matter, now makes and enters the following: ORDER NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 1. The motion of J.C. Thompson for leave to withdraw is granted. 2. The schedule for this consolidated proceeding shall be as follows: a. By not later than July 18, 1986, Central Utah Gas Company (Central) and Grynberg Petroleum Corporation (Grynberg) shall respond to the outstanding data requests which have been previously served upon them. b. If Central and Grynberg intend to introduce direct evidence in support of their applications which is in any way supplemental to or different from the facts set forth in their applications or which sets forth the opinion of an expert witness, they shall file the same in the form of written testimony and exhibits and serve a copy upon all parties by not later than August 1, 1986. c. Parties shall respond to the data requests of Central served upon them on or about July 10, 1986 by not later than August 8, 1986. d. Any other data requests directed at any evidence of Central and Grynberg filed in accordance with paragraph b above shall be served upon Central or Grynberg, as applicable, by no later than August 15, 1986. e. All of the data requests served in accordance with paragraph d above shall be responded to by not later than September 2, 1986. f. Except in accordance with the dates and procedures specifically set forth above or as mutually agreed upon by the parties concerned, no party to this consolidated proceeding shall undertake discovery of any other party without prior leave of the Commission. g. Any party desiring to file written testimony setting forth its position with respect to any application pending before the Commission, other than its own application in the case of an applicant, shall file such testimony with the Commission and serve a copy upon all parties by not later than September 15, 1986. 1986. i. Lyle is a professor of accounting and at the computer programming University of Alaska in Juneau. He is also the LDS finance secretary of Juneau Stake. His hobby is definitely fishing up and down the coast in his small craft in his spare time. He has coaxed his brothers to come and fish when the halibut and king salmon are running in July and August. Eldon and Rose found the 50th state delightful. One of the highlights was the museum in downtown Juneau that tells of the real natives and their genius in survival in early times and other historical things. They enjoyed the ports and bays down the panhandle, the fishing and logging industries, the wildlife and glaciers. Most of all they enjoyed the visit with family and the good time Eldon had landing a 101 lb. halibut. lb.; Thompson APPLES 12 for Petrolane Gas Service Corp. h.
