NOTICE OF REQUEST TO ABANDON COUNTY ROAD To all interested parties: You will please take notice that a request has been filed with the Sanpete County Commissioners by adjoining land owners for the County to vacate and abandon a certain County road located in Sanpete County, Utah. The road proposed to be abandoned begins at the Jay Olsen residence North of Ephraim and travels in a Northerly direction to the West of and along Highway 89 and ends at the point said County road meets State Road 132 near Pigeon Hollow Junction. The portion of the County road to be vacated and abandoned is approximately 2.5 miles in length. The portion of said County road South of the Jay Olsen residence would remain an open county road. A hearing shall be conducted by the Sanpete County Commissioners on the request to abandon said described County road on Tuesday, September 24, 1991, at 1:45 p.m. in the Commissioners Chambers in the Sanpete County Courthouse in Manti.
