Kent attended a dental school after completing an LDS mission and now has a dental office in Sandy. Don took over the gas business and maintains it from his home in Ephraim. Eva has been a member of the Ephraim North (2nd) Ward all hef life where he has held " leadership positions in all the ward and stake auxiliaries and Eva Thompson has taught in ward auxiliaries, been a visiting teacher and was an ordinance worker' in the Manti LDS Temple for 6 12 years. She has also been active in civic affairs, serving as precinct worker in politics and being a chapter member of the Culture Lore Club and captain of the DUP. Her hobbies include doing handwork, writing letters to family and friends, making cookies for her 14 grandchildren and ten She is an avid reader and enjoys keeping up with current events through the newspaper. Living on the corner across from Snow College, she appreciates watching the college grow. She has been an ardent supporter of the college from which she and her husband and sons all graduated. She also attended many Institute classes. Manti 4th Ward: Sister Joyce Cluff Christmas concert slated The Manti High School bands, along with the Ephraim Middle School bands, will be presenting their annual favorite holiday Christmas concert on Wed. Dec. 11 at 7:30 p.m. at the MHS auditorium. Both schools finest musicians will be featured in a variety of music, ranging from traditional concert literature to festive selections. The following evening, Thurs., Dec. 12, the Ephraim Middle School 8th grade band will be featured at the Candlelight services to be held at 7:30 p.m. in the Ephraim Middle School commons area. There is no admission charge for either event. The public is invited to the events and to share in the talents of the youth and the festivities of the season.
