UHC and its outreach arm, the Utah Humanities Resource Center, provide planning advice to local and funding for humanities organizations programs. Speakers bureaus and mediadiscussion programs on humanities topics are among the Councils services. A recent program in the area was the panel discussion, Ethics and the Environment," and the Council provides major well-attend- e, Thursday, December 26, 1991 Page dates meeting funding to the annual History Fair, which involves thousands of school students.
