Manti man pleads guilty to aggravated assault charge Fined $2000: In addition, must pay restitution of $739 In the Sixth Judicial District Court for Sanpete County, before the Honorable Homer F. Wilkinson, Dean A. Barton, of Manti, has pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated assault, both third degree felonies. General Scholarship Visual Arts Speech and Drama I Eric Peterson English, Literature The case was heard in Salt Lake City after local judges disqualified themselves because of personal knowledge of the case. The victims of the crimes were Kami Frischknecht, Manti, i and Travis Good, Mayfield Barton was fined $2,000 and ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $739.00. He was placed on supervised probation for 18 months with the Utah Department of Adult Probation and Parole and ordered to enter, participate in and complete therapy and counseling as directed by the Department of Adult Probation and Parole. |
