As ofnow they have won five and lost six. They travelled to Park City Tuesday. The Lady Miners have thus far won only once. Thursday in the Manti gym the Lady Templars play Morgan at 5:30 and 7. The main game will be a hard one since the visitors are No. 2 in the standings. The Manti team was on the road twice last week to Nephi Tuesday and a 4540 loss and to - 1- -1 son high. In the Nephi game, the Lady Templars led by 25-2-2 at the half, but then faded in the second half to take the loss. They will be taking orders through Feb. 18. At the same time the girls will be looking for Girl Scout alumni to help celebrate with them in the Girl Scout Green Ribbon Campaign for the Girl Scouts 81st birthday March 12. BYGARYCHIDESTER The Lady Badgers were hoping to moving into the national rankings for the first time in Snow College history with a conference win over rival Ricks College last week. Their ranking is hard to come by, as was their win over Dixie College 8 on Friday. 80-6- to The Badgers were never able put the pesky Lady Rebels away in this game, although Snow led for most of the game. Heidi Cowan and Candace Doerr led the Lady Badgers in their first half with nine and eight points respectively. Warr scored 13 of her 19 points in the second half and also came up with four steals and four rebounds. Cowan finished with 22 points on 8 shooting from the field. Both teams shot 41 from the field and the Lady Rebels had but the difmore ference was from the free throw line, where the Lady Badgers shot 16 more and made 71 of their chances. 7-- three-pointer- s, The Lady Badgers now go on the road to Treasure Valley and the College of Southern Idaho this Friday and Saturday. Both of these teams are looking for revenge against the Lady Badgers, as both teams got lopsided losses from the Badgers earlier this year. Tm sure they will be hoping to knock us out of the top of the conference, said Coach Maryln Harmer. But we'll be ready and hopefully eveiy one will be healthy for the games. The Lady Badgers are 1 in conference and 12-- 2 overall for the year. The only thing that might keep Snow College out of the rankings is the number of games that they have played.
