She was horn December 2, 1912 in Manti, Utah to Franklin D Squire and Rula D. Squire. She married John Henrie Nielson January 8. 1954 in the Manti LDS Temple. their 45 years togetherthey mised four children. Jane (Alan) Colby, Manti. Sherrie (Dr. Rent) Mbiecht. St George, Russell. Salt Lake City, and Nadeau, Manti. She had eight grandchildren, who added much happiness and loy to her life Renae had three brothers and ore sister. Morris Squire. Manti; Meade Squire. LaRue was born on September 25, 1913 in May field, Utah, a daughter of John and Elizabeth Mickelsen. She married Vertis R. Nielson of Ephraim on May 4, 1934 in Ephraim. The marriage was solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple on December 15, 1994. LaRue was well known for her iclnta. from the Snow College Alumni Association, as well as a Special Service award from Snow College. Services were held Wednesday, April 14, 1999 in the Ephraim Fifth Ward. Fresh Express, SALAD BLENDS ... 2 oz. $1 79 During the ensuing years, the two couples developed a family rela- tionship which eventually ex- tended to include Gladys three sisters; her parents, George and Ruth Kondo of Hawaii; her children, Roman and Kiefer Takasaki; Romans wife, Ann, and their three children; Anns parents, Charles and Bessie Inouje and family. LaRue is survived by her husband. Vertis; two sisters, Virginia Young, Milford and Norma (Thorpe) Waddingham. Delta. She LuDeal Peterson Our loving father, LuDeal Peterson, peacefully passed away in Utah County on April 9, 1999 his family by his side. He was born February 20, 1927 in Ephraim, Utah. w ith During his 72 years sojourn mortality, he achieved the measure of his creation. He married Sadie LuDean Allred on April 8. in 1 Lu Deal Peterson 1949 in Mt. Pleasant, Utah. LuDean preceded him in death on September 2, 1975. Their union bore three loving daughters (Christie, Debbie and Wendy) and two companion sons (Kenny and Blake). An untimely fatal accident took Kenny from the family June 1, 1981. At the time of his death he boasted 14 grandchildren and nine Blake lives in Ephraim and manages the farm and its livestock responsibilities. Christie resides in Ephraim. Debbie lives in Provo, while Wendy has made her home in leigh, North Carolina. Ra- His life was an example of kindness to all those in need. During his time in the U.S. Navy he served in medical support care and took care of wounded and sick personnel. When discharged early to care for a mother and siblings, he worked many jobs, eventually to find a vocation as a carpenter with the Denver and Rio Grande Railroad, from which he retired in 1973. Lu loved being in the mountains and enjoyed fishing, especially when there were imaginary trophies won. He equally liked WCj rs 0 rowmuwjnu hunting, whether or not he bagged any game. Indoors a good game of cards was a great way to pass the time away. Drop-b- y friends were always his favorite. His final earthly appearance was made April 13, 1999 at the 10 a.m. viewing and 12 noon funeral services at the Ephraim Stake Center.
