Show 2001 Emery County Progress Castle Dale, Utah Tuesday January 23, CITIZEN OF THE WEEK New Facilities The College of Eastern Utah Cosmetology program is enjoying spacious new facilities as they start the new semester. CEU Cosmetology is now located in the old student activity center (formerly the CEU cafeteria). The new cosmetology lab hosts all new work stations, facial and manicure labs and classroom. An important part of the cosmetology training program is the opportunity for the students to practice their skills, and many community members are happy to allow our students that advantage, stated Debbie Miller, instructor. CEU Cosmetology provides training opportunities for 60 college students and 1 5 high school students each year. The program accepts applications in the month of February each year.
