Mrs. Rebecca Ashbaker and Mrs. Esther Mapes attended State Convention the 8-- Marche held at the Red Barron in Brigham City on Saturday. Temple Wedding Carla Jo Schick and David Allan Whitaker were manied July 7 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Rosalie Whitaker of SGB 731 S. PA03O! Main, Kaysviiie. The couple was honored at a wedding breakfast at the Rock Chapel in Kaysviiie hosted by the grooms family. Receptions were held at the Rock Chapel in Kaysviiie and the Pasco 3rd Ward in Pasco, Wa. THE BRIDE is the daughter of Charles L. and Beverly J. Schick of Pasco, Wa. The groom is the son of Olene and TYMM i THE BRIDE wore a chantil-l- e lace gown, sweetheart neck, long train, full skirt, long sleeves to points, wide brimmed hat trimmed with lace and lavender and purple ribbons. Parents of the groom are Mr. and Mrs. Max Hirschi of 365 W. 100 N., Kaysviiie. The couple was hosted to a wedding breakfast at the Kaysviiie 13th Ward hosted by the grooms parents. That evening they received guests at a reception at the Kaysviiie 13th Ward cultural hall. THE BRIDE wore a gown of chiffon over polyester with empire waist line, puffy chiffon sleeves with wrist band deep and ruffled edge. It featured a stand-ucollar, with sheer inset in bodice trimmed with seed pearls and accented with lace forming a full-leng- th p The chapel-lengttrain had tiered ruffles at the hemline. Her fingertip veil was trimmed lace and apwith plique design. Special musical numbers were performed at the wedding breakfast by Shara Dawn Haraldsen, Debbie Erickson, Howard Cheney and Jim and Becky Gough. MUSIC FOR the reception was played by Ramona Porter. String quartet composed of Jean Whitesides, Mary Han- sen, Becky Hansen and Martha Hansen who played musical numbers. The bride graduated from Davis High School and Kaysviiie LDS Seminary. She also attended one year at BYU. THE GROOM is a graduate of Davis High School and Kaysviiie LDS Seminary. He also graduated in June from the University of Utah with a degree in mining engineering. He was awarded the N. Eldon Tanner scholarship and will attend graduate school this fall. He filled an LDS Japan mission, np Mr. and Mrs. James Herndon and also will be visiting with his parents. Dr. and Mrs. Robert F. Bitner in Layton. Dr. Mark Bitner will join them later for a short stay and they will all return to their home in Boston. m Exchange Vows Mr. and Mrs. Donald K. Jensen of Roy announce the marriage of their daughter Judy Lynn to Douglas (Doug) Quinn Ganz, son of Mr. and Mrs. Marino J. Ganz of 1112 N. 300 W Sunset. MARRIAGE vows were exchanged on Saturday, June 18 at the Sunset LDS Stake Center with Bishop Ferris Kunz officiating. A reception followed. The bride wore a full gown of Chantilly lace with tiers of lace accenting the ensemble. The full skirt extended into a long flowing chapel train. She wore a picture hat of matching Chantilly lace and veil. The bridal bouquet consisted of navy blue roses, white daisies with baby blue roses, daisies and carnations.
