Tina is a member of the Spikers High School Rodeo Club, the Utah Barrel Racing Association, Uinta 4-- Flood Victims And Junior Posse. She is a junior at Ogden High School where she is a member of the Boys and Girls Association, French Guild, Ski Guild and the FHA. Horsemanship in this age group was won by Susan Spen- - THE FIRST Princess title was won by Tracie Ann Fowers, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Tymm Fowers of West Hooper. Tracie Ann is a student at Sandridge. She is a member of the Hooper Junior Posse, a member of the Purple Sage . She loves to sing, dance and play the piano. She has been Hoopers Buckaroo Rodeo queen, Wasatch riders queen, Hooper Junior Posse princess and Weber County Junior Posse Princess. Horsemanship was won by Chantel La Roque in age group Kandy Kennedy, personality and appearance; Stacey Smith, congeniality. 4-- H 3. TIFFANY is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Larry La Roque of West Hooper, was chosen second Princess. Tiffany is a student at Hooper Elementary School. She enjoys music, dancing, and riding horses. She is a member of the schools choir. She is a member of the Horse group and junior posse. She was second attendant of the Little Buckaroo Rodeo in Hooper this year.
