That following said purchase, plaintiffs Darrell Moses and Katie Moses learned there was a cloud on the title on said subject property caused wholely or partly from the fact that Farmington Meadows, Ltd, or Farmington Meadows Limited Partnership failed to deed to its successor in interest, Envirowest, Inc, an acceptable deed to said property, thus making the warranty deed from Envirowest, Inc, to the plaintiffs Darrell Moses and Gordon Moses, dated January 15, 1980, and recorded January 17, 1980, in BOOK 809, PAGE 698, an interloper deed. 5. That defendant En- virowest, Inc, has since gone bankrupt, filing for bankruptcy June, 1981, bankruptcy said filing of number record in the office of the central district at Salt Lake City, Utah. 6. That because of said bankruptcy filing, defendant Envirowest, Inc., is disolved, having no board of directors to issue the necessary corrective measures, and not being able to receive a deed from Farm- ington Meadows, Ltd. or Meadows Ltd partnership or accept service of summons from the plainFarmington tiffs. 7.
