Show 0 FEBRUARY 23, 1983 Kaysville SOCIETY v' Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Rigby went to Illinois where they spent a month with their son and family, Major and Mrs. Hal Rigby at Scott Air Force Base. During their stay Mr. Rigby was hospitalized for eight days for treatment. Their son accompanied them home and returned back to Illinois. Mitchell Heaps and a friend ' Sfr, Linda Latina of New York City are spending 10 days with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Leon Heaps. During their stay the Heaps family will spend time at their cabin at Pine Ranch near Oakley tubing. Overnight guests of Mrs. Harriet Spendlove was a cousin, Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Briscoe of Pocatello, Ida. They came to enter the MTC in Provo. They will be serving on an LDS mission to the Alaba- ma, Burningham LDS Mis- sion. Weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Swasey were Mr. and Mrs. John Rickenbach of Astoria, Ore. and their daughter Michelle. They came WG3 to put their daughter in the MTC in Provo prior to her serving an LDS mission to Argentina. Mrs. Janie Heaps entertained at a family birthday dinner on Sunday in honor of her husband Leon and their son Mitchell Heaps birthday for February. Other guests included Mr. and Mrs. J. Russell Homer and family, Sandy; Paul Y. Homer, anniversaries Mr. and Mrs. Richard Ayres and family. Salt Lake City, Mr. and Mrs. Rory Morgan and family, Bountiful and Miss Linda Latine of New York City. Visitors last week of Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd A. Bishop were Kelly and Margaret Watson of Hartsville, South Carolina. They served together as mission companions in the Washington D.C. Mission. 'v L MR. ORTON filled an LDS mission to Manchester, England and is presently attending Weber State College majoring in business management and is a Rallyman on the Weber State College Rally Squad. CARL JAY CLOWARD Exchange Vows The Chateau Center in Layton provided the setting for the wedding ceremony uniting in marriage the former Miss Lisa Manfull and Carl Jay Cloward, on Saturday, Feb. 12. Bishop Richard C. Fagg performed the ceremony. THE NEW bride is a daughter of Mike Manfull of Monta- na and Sonona Manfull of Laytoti; An uncle of the bride, Glen Kearl of Layton stood for the father. The bridegroom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Sherman H. Cloward of 413 S. 1465 E., Fruit Heights. The rehearsal dinner was givefn at the home of Mrs. Sonona Manfull. the ceremony .the newlyweds received guests at a reception at the Center where the bride was attired in a exquisite gown fashioned with chiffon skirt, FOLLOWING ruffled at the botom with partial train, high neckline with ruffle accented with tiny crocheted lace flowers. The bodice had chantilly lace and accenting the was fitted at the waist featuring matching tiny crocheted flowers. Sleeves were gathered at a high wrist band enhanced with a ruffle and lace at the wrist and;accented with tiny crocheted lace flowers.
