BEN ARD Chiropractic Care Center Q. I am a factory foreman. It's a wonder I am able to keep my job. For as long as I can remember, my wife has had to pry me out of bed every morning to get me to work on time. I used to come alive about 10:00 A.M., but now all I can think about is getting the day over with so I can get back to bed again. I have been taking vitamins and iron pills. The doctors say my blood count is normal and I don't seem to have any important physical problems. Could it be all in my head' A. Most of us from time to time have had days when we felt as limp as a wet wash rag. Sometimes this is required to force us to slow down from the hectic pace of modern living. This is a normal function of the body. However, when this feeling of fatique or lifelessness persists day in and day out, something logically is draining us of vital energy and enthusiasm. What is energy Where doesjt come from? What can be done to restore it The brain and spinal cord is the storehouse of vital energy and when this is diminished, energy is reduced, such as a power plant that is only running at half speed. Only with a completely relaxed and structurally sound spine, which houses the spinal cord, will the body demands be met with a tireless flow of nerve energy. I am reminded of a salesman who came to us and was continually exhausted, even without performing any type of exertion. He felt sluggish, arms and legs felt like lead weights, very irritable and could not sleep. Walking was almost an impossible chore. He stated that each foot felt as if it weighed 100 pounds. By releasing the power plant of the body, (which is the brain and spinal core) exuberant, vital nerve energy was restored. His sales If your physical or mental capacities are flat, then perhaps it is time for a chiropractic evaluation of your nervous system. Ashby, Clarke, Baltimore, Md. are Wyman S.
