ON For the first time ever, central Davis youngsters can participate in a summer reading program at the main county library. x THE RP ADFR'S Circle geared to y oung readers through about age II, Librarian Pete Giacoma savs. with maor activities planned for Wednesdav afternoons. Mr Paikhurst accepted the award on hehall ol the Kays- ville Electrical Dept, em- ployees and Kaysville city. ICPA AND ESES conducts monthly meetings in connection with state safety programs with some 24 cities in the state participating by submitting monthly safety records. From these records they select the outstanding city to be honored at their annual meeting. I his is the first time Kayst ville city has been the of the award.
