Show t i WEEKLY REFLEX DAVIS NEWS JOURNAL, NORTH DAVIS LEADER, DECEMBER 11, 1980 City Is Under By MARK D. MICKELSEN SUNSET A couple of Ogden accountants Thursday praised Sunset authorities for keeping their city departments under the 1980 budget, but warned the council that the city's cash flow is continually too low from month to month. REPRESENTATIVES from the Ogden accounting firm Crouch, Pinnock and Davis, met with the city council Thursday and presented their final audit for the city. The figures show Sunset $46,498 below the citys total budget of $393,882. Only $41,118, however, remains in the citys cash flow fund. ACCOUNTANT Jerry Crouch told the council that Sunset, month after month, runs a tighter cash flow budget than any city audited by the company. He applauded the citys ability to maintain a tight budget and keep the departments under the total budget, but explained that if a city builds up funds, some of that extra money can be used for working as long as there is capital still enough money to meet the payroll requirements.
