Wheat Dies At 59 In California lone Craig Wheat died April 13, 1980 in San Pablo, Calif, in Brookside Hospital after a short illness. She was born Nov. 15, 1920 in Layton, the daughter of Inas Smith and Carl D. Craig. She attended Layton Grade School and MR. SANDERS was chairman of the board of the company he founded in 1938. Clov- er Club began as a two person business, with Hod delivering and selling the potato chips his wife, Clover, cooked in a makeshift factory in Kaysville. Today, Clover Club has products produced in seven factories and distributed in ten western states. He was active in ranching and was president of the Sanders Ranches Inc., which operates the Crown Ranch in John Day, Ore. He served for 12 years on the board of trustees of USU and was a member of the board of directors of the Barnes Banking Co. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mer-- : Lin Ward of Fruit Heights. Mrs. Myrtle Cottrell was confined to the Davis North Medical Center in Layton for treatment. Her daughter, Mrs. Alta Williams of St. George, came and spent two weeks of Farmington, he was born March 25, 1900 to David Albert and Mary Alice VanFleet Sanders. On May 29, 1938 he married Clover V. Johnson. He graduated from USU with a degree in business and coached at South Cache High School. PRIOR TO founding of Clover Club, he was employed by the National Biscuit Co. and the Bluebird Potato Chip Company in California. Survivors are his wife Clov- er of Kaysville; two sons, Robert V. Sanders, Farming-to- n and John N. Sanders, Salt Lake City; two brothers, Hart J. Sanders, Salt Lake City and E. Van Sanders of Kaysville; four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son Barr J. Sanders.
