Campbell, Sr. : Arden Alfred Campbell, Sr. , 58, of 1054 East Gentile, Layton, died Saturday, April 12, 1980, in the Davis North bell, Derlin Campbell, Don son Lyman. He married Head Island, N.C.; Mrs. David (Norma) Sanders, Campbell, all of Idaho Falls, Ida.; Mrs. Shirley Park, St. Anthony, Ida.; Melvin Camp- Medical Center of a heart attack. He was bom April 30, 1923 in Ammon, Ida., a son of bell, Boise, Ida.; Rolland Campbell, Dillon, Mont.; Miss Beth Campbell, Phoenix, Alfred Easton and Ada Evelin Owen Campbell. Ariz. Funeral services were held Tuesday, April 15, 1980, in the Layton 21st Ward Chapel with Bishop Paul Sharp officiating. Interment was in the Memorial Park. ON FEB. 11, 1946 he was married to Ruth L. Phillips in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He attended school in Idaho. He served in the U.S. Army in World W'ar II and the Korean War. He was employed for 35 years at Hill AFB. Mr. Campbell was a high priest in the Layton 21st LDS Ward and had held quorum positions. He was a leader in the Boy Scouts. Kaysvil-le-Layto- n Funeral Services Held F or K. Powell SURVIVING are his wife of Layton; a son and daughter, Arden Alfred Campbell, Jr., Blanding; Miss Mary Jane Campbell, Layton; two grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Mrs. Grace Barr. Salt Lake City; Mrs. Velda Lye, Logan; Dorothy Dee Newcomb on Kaysville; Mrs. Fred Nov. 26, 1928 in Spanish Fork. The marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on June 4, 1962. She died May 26, 1975. HE WAS retired from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. He had worked for the State Fish and Game Dept, for 16 years and the U.S. Wildlife for 22 years. He was a member of the LDS Church and held the office of a high priest. The family lived in Kaysville for many years before moving to Salt Lake City. Survivors include five sons and five daughters, Stanley L. (DeAn-ne- ) Decker, Taylor, Ariz.; Mrs. Terry (Vickie) Bolyard, Salt Lake City; 36 grandchi- three ldren; greatgrandchildren; one brother and two sisters, Lynn B. Lyn man, Spanish Fork; Mrs. Ve-no- (Ada) Rivers, Salt Lake City; Mrs. John (Faye) Orr, Pahrump, Nev. GRAVESIDE services were held Monday at the Aultorest Memorial Park. Funeral arrangements were made under the direction of Lindquists Kaysville Mortuary, np Mrs. Zona Byrd Leaf, 75, ol North Angel St., Layton, died April 6, 1980 at her home. 1386 She was bom Sept. 3, 1904 in Wfnston-SaleNo. Carolina. In 1934 she married Joseph F. Rouleau. He died in 1937. She was married to Clayton E. Leaf on Jan. 5, 1940 in Spokane, Wash. MRS. LEAF was reared in Winston-Salem- , N.C. She' moved to Spokane, Wash, in the 1930s and lived there until 1958 when she came to Layton. She was a member of the First Southern Baptist Church ot Ueartieid. 'on MR. Mrs. Oreta Parker was honored at a party at the NCO Club at Hill Air Force Base on Wednesday by employees after her retirement from the base.
