V-- , ' pleased to announce the birth of a baby boy. He was bom April 2, 1980 in Ogden. Greeting the baby at home were 5 year old Andrea and 3 year old Jake. Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Jake Jacobsen of Mountain Green and Mr. and Mrs. Keith Russon of Sonoma, Calif. Mrs. Hanna Russon, his si lives On March 31, 1980, Gordon R. and Debra Simmons Larsen became the parents of their second child, a boy, who will be named Clay V. Larsen. The older Larsen child is named Clint. Mr. and Mrs. C.T. Simmons LIKE MOTHER, LIKE Mrs. Lucille Stock of Layton and her twin daughters, Mrs. Todd (Karen) Andre of Layton and Mrs. Michael (Sharen) Peterson of Roy, are currently exhibiting 30 beautiful paintings in the ZCMI Tiffin Room in Ogden. The landscape, still life and portrait works of art will be on exhibit throughout the month of April. MRS. STOCK began painting many years ago after the death of her four year old son, Kent. Mrs. Stock and her husband, Carl, and their family were living in Evanston, Wyo. when their son became ill. Kent died following an operation. Lucille became determined to find a way to express a more cheerful outlook on life following this tragedy. She turned to the memory of a favorite uncle she visited with while she was growing up in Wyoming. She is a member of the Ogden Palette Club. MR. AND MRS. Stock reside at 324 Park St., Layton. Mr. Stock has retired as superintendent of a construction job in Ogden. He now has his own home workshop where he makes canvases and picture frames for his wife, children and Lucilles art students. For the past 15 years, Mrs. Stock has taught oil painting classes in her home art studio. Many of her students have exhibited their paintings. She has taught art at the Golden Hour Senior Citizens Center is Larsen, also of Salt Lake City. Kevin Edward Richardson, the son of Thomas H. and Dorothy Mae Wardie Richardson was bom March 28, 1980 in the brush in paintings followed by twin daughters Karen Andre, left, and Sharen Peterson. The trio is currently exhibiting its work at ZCMI in Ogden. STOCK says, seeing people enjoy the things I have always wanted gives me a thrill and a real sense of fulfillment, especially when my students win prizes. She truly enjoys sharing her talents with others for their enjoyment and enrichment. The Stocks are the parents of 6 children. All family members are artists or musicians. Their oldest daughter and family will return from Australia this month. Their is a MSgt. in the U.S. Air Force. They have been away from home for three years. MRS.
