But it seems to me there are still too many services being done by governments that could be done faster and cheaper by private commercial enterprise. What is being done about this government competition?" n THE SMALL Business Administration (SBA). which serves as an advocate for the nation's small businesses, recently began public hearings on this very subject to determine if governments are harmfully competing with private enterprise. The answer is yes. They are. At a hearing in Des Moines.
