Barclay Gardner, administrator of the Utah Job Service, for its professional competence in service to job applicants and employers in the first half of fiscal year 1979. DURING THE six months from October 1978 to March 1979, the Layton office placed individuals per staff 300 member in the office involved in employment service activity. The performance on this key indicator for the state as a whole was 268 individuals placed per staff member. The top Utah Job Service official also commended the Layton office for helping the Utah agency attain the number one national ranking Open House Set For Schools Building Projects The Davis County School District has set the following dates for open house at the home building projects by the schools in the south end of the district: June 9, 11, 12, 13.
