MULLER said eight reviewers, several of whom represent state serial service agencies as well as being residents of Davis Countv, will evaluate the Davis County Mental Health or ganization to see that they are implementing programs in compliance with federal and state law He said the reviewers will rate the 12 elements of service that are provided through the mental health organization, in addition to looking at the management of the center, fiscal controls and auditing procedures THE THREE specific areas included in the review are management, direct services provided to the citizens of the county, and community rela tions Mr Muller said in evaluating community rela tions, the review board will talk to other agencies in the county such as the Division of Social Services (DFS) and determine whether mental health services are accessible to those agencies According to Mr Muller, the mental health organiza tion can receive one of three ratings excellent, meeting requirements, or not meeting requirements He said that the excellent rating indicates the organization is superior to most other mental health organizations.
