SHE WAS born in Layton, Utah, on June 21,1896- - the daughter of Alfred James and Emily Ellis Morgan. Mrs. Warren was educated in the schools of Davis County. She was married to Leo L. Warren in the LDS Salt Lake Temple on Dec. 21, 1915. The couple have made their home in Syracuse since. Chosen as Patient of the Week recently at Weber Memorial Hospital is Lewis D. Whitesides of Layton. Lewis Dale Whitesides of Layton who has been a patient at the Weber County Memorial Hospital in Roy, Utah, was honored last week, by being named the patient of the week. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Dale Whitesides, Layton. of HE HAS BEEN at this hospital since recovering from a serious accident in the early part of last year. Lewis attended Elementary schools in Layton and graduated from Davis High school in May 1964. Following his graduation from High school he went to California where he attended a Cosmo-tologischool, but returned home before completing this st shop, and visits around with the other patients and hospi- He enjoys personnel. talking to people and can carry on an intelligent conversation on most every subtal ject. Lewis was chosen as the patient of the week because of his excellent assistance in the department. He is a very cooperative patient, and a fun person to have around. MRS. WARREN has been very active in the Syracuse First LDS Ward, and has served in the various auxiliaries in numerous capacities. She has been an active visiting teacher in the Relief Society for the past fifty-fiv- e years; Sunday School teacher for thirteen years and a Primary teacher for fifteen years. One of her great hobbies has been quilting beautiful quilts. Each of her great- grandchildren treasure these greatly. Mrs. Warren has been a great source of assistance in the ward Relief Society, and has spent much time at their many quilting socials. MRS. WARREN was given the opportunity of being named to the position of captain of the first Daughter of HE IS the only son of the Whitesides, and he has one sister, Margo, who is married to Forrest Day, and they have three children. They reside at Newberry Park, Califor- Pioneer Camp that was or- ganized in Syracuse. She was also instrumental in getting its organization going. nia. vsb EVA WARREN Mrs. Warren and her husband are the parents of six children. Reed died in September of 1930, and another son Calvin Warren died In August of 1964. Her living are Mrs. Milton (Ruth) Kidman, of Salt Lake City; Mrs. Helen W. Bockholt, of Layton; Mrs. E. Jay (Gloria) Cuthbert of Syracuse, and James Warren of New York City. THE FAMILY members will gather at the Warren home on her birthday anniversary to assist their mother and grandmother in celebrating this occasion. Those hosting the dinner were her husband, John two Mainland and her brothers, Mr. and Mrs. Blaine Madsen, and Duain Madsen and his friend Elaine Parry all of Tremonton. Salt Lake City; Dr. and Mrs. John K. Steiner and children of Kaysville. Mrs. Margaret England and son Jed of Salt Lake City have moved into the home of her brother Samuel Morgan at 257 South 200 East, Kaysville. Mr. Morgan is making his home in Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. LaMar Timothy and children Mark, Leslie, Alison, John and Laura have returned from a six day trip to Rapid City, S. Dak. While there they visited with Mr. and Mrs. Kent Morgan and family at Morbridge, and Mark stayed to work there for the summer months with the Morgans.
