However the number of permits issued was exactly the same for both months, with a total of 26. Valuation total for July was $263,982 compared with $792, 433 for June. This July reached more than 100 thousand dollars higher than the valuation of permits issued during the same month of 1958, when a total of only 18 permits with a valuation of $143, 519 was recorded.
