He was reared on the Provo bench and attended Lincoln High School. Farley moved to Mt. Pleasant in 1936 to manage Bradshaw Auto Parts, retiring in 1980 after working tor Bradshaws for 47 years. He also served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He married Betty Jensen and they shared 57 years together. They camped, fished and hunted with many friends over the years; enjoyed traveling and being 'snowbirds for 18years. Jesse Amoldson, son of Layne and Sheri Arnoldson, Springfield, ID., received his Eagle Scout Award Oct. 17, 2004. Jesse is a member of Scout Troop 152. For his project Amoldson painted the inside of the Springfield Fire Station, which involved moving equipment washing walls, applying primer and painting. Several other members of the troop and Arnoldson's father assisted him with his project. Amoldson is a junior at Aberdeen High School, where he is a member of the wrestling and golf teams and the honor society. He loves to snowboard, swim, ride lift weights and travel with his family.
