Show Thursday, October 7, 2004 THE Public Notice NOTICE OF BONDS TO BE ISSUED Notice Is Hereby Given that Sanpete County, Utah (the Issuer) intends to issue its revenue bonds, in one or more series (the Bonds), in the initial aggregate principal amount of not tn pvrppd $35,000,000, to mature in not more than (33) thirty-thre- e from years their date or dates, to be sold at a discount from par, expressed as a percentage of principal amount, of not to exceed two and percent one-ha- lf and to bear interest at a rate or rates not to exceed eight percent (8.00). Further notice is hereby given that on October 5, 2004, the Board of County Commissioners (the Board) of the Issuer adopted Resolution No. (the Resolution) authorizing the issuance of tne Bonds as described above. The Bonds are to be issued the Utah Industrial Facilities and Development Act, Title 11, Chapter 17, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended, and the proceeds of such will Bonds be loaned to Pretty Shield Foundation, a Montana nonprofit corporation engaged in business, lodging, recreation, ana providing for the care of youth with mental, emotional and disorbehavioral ders, or its designee Pretty Shield), to inance, refinance or provide reimbursement for the conacquisition, struction and equipping of certain facilities located or to be located within the boundaries of the Issuer, San Juan County, Utah (San Juan County) and County, Wayne Utah (Wayne (2.50), County), consist- ing of: (i) a wilderness therapy program and related campus, currently located in San Juan (the County Wilderness Program), (ii) an emotional growth school boarding and equine facility to be located near the city of Mt. Pleasant, Sanpete County, Utah (the Boarding School), and (iii) a family campus located at the base of Boulder Mountain in Wayne County (the Family Campus and, together with the Wilderness Program and the Boarding School, the Projects). The Project may be acquired and constructed directly by Pretty Shield, or through the acquisition by Pretty Shield of an ownership interest in one or more existing business entities, or by a combination of such methods; and The Bonds are to be issued on behalf of the Issuer, San Juan County and Wayne County and sold by the Issuer and loaned to Pretty Shield pursuant to (1) the Resolution, (2) a final bond resolution to be adopted by the Board at a future date (the Bond Resolution), (3) a Trust Indenture (the Indenture), between the Issuer and Zions First National Bank, as trustee (the Trustee), (4) a Loan Agreement, Mortgage and Security Agreement, between the Issuer and Pretty Shield (the Loan Agreement), and (5) an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between the Issuer, San Juan County and Wayne County Interlocal (the Agreement); great-grandchildre- n, at - Associatio- -- per- 283-415- therefore none of the permits will exceed one year in duration. She married her lifelong love, companion and soul male, AI-te- n R. Brothersen, Mt. Pleasant, Jan 11, 1933. They were sealed in the Marti LDS Temple July 27, 1950. He died March 6, 1987. Her education came from the school of life having grown up in the experiences of the great depression which shaped their lives by hard work and dedication to taking care of the needs of their family, working in the sheep, cattle, and fanning operations. She began her lifelong avocation and career as a seamstress working at the parachute factory making parachutes for the U.S. Government in the Second World War. She was extremely gifted and talented as a seamstress, working for such companies as Osborn Apparel and Pacific Trails, just to mention a few. She did crochet and knit with love, making beautiful sweaters and afghans, as well as designing and making clothes forher own children and family. She loved to beautify her hone, raised lovely gardens and was an excellent homemaker and cook, sharing her talents with many. Lois had many friends and appreciated their kindness. She loved playing cards and socializing. She loved to travel and side-by-si- show-qualit- y did so whatever she had the opportunity, traveling to places Kke the Camen Islands, Washington D.G, Portland, OR., Tlie HiU Cumorah Pageant in New York, San Diego, CA. and spent one winter in Arizona Las was very active in and held many positions in the LDS Church. Her strong testimony of the church was reflected by her exemplary life. Site was also very active in community affairs with her husband, "Alt and an active member of tlie Daughter's of the Utah Pioneers. She loved her rich heritage. She is survived by her dauglv ters, Shirlene Jensen, Orem; Maxine (Kimball) Har-warFountain Green; Mor Rae Brothersen, Mt. Pleasant; sot, Boyd A. (Avrin) Brothersen, Mt. Pleasant; 10 grandchildren and 23 a brother, Cliff Hind, Mo roni; and sister, Florence Cook, Rone, NY. She was preceded in death by her husband, "Alt"; granddaughter, Kristen (Krissy); grandson, Eric; six brothers and a very spedal sister, Aunt d. Q M-- F 8-- 5 Eva Coffman MANT- I- Eva Marie Bouck Shelledy Coffman, age 83, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 05, 2004, at the home of ner daughter, Betty Woodside, in Manti Eva was bom Jaa 26, 1921, in Salt Lake City, to William Adam Bouck and Eva Lavina Elvira Egbert. Eva graduated from West High School in 1939. She married Guy Wilbur Shelledy Feb. 24, 1939, in Salt Lake City. They were divorced. She married Wayne Seigel Coffman Aug. 12, 1972, in Elko, NV. They were divorced Eva was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where she served as secretary of the Sunday School, Activity and Camp Director, Scout leader, Primary teacher and a member of the Canal Creek Daughters of Utah Pioneers Camp in Spring City. Eva served an LDS Mission at the Jordan River LDS Temple. She played softball with the Shamrocks, square danced with the Boots and Slippers, loved roller skating, gardening, ceramics, crocheting, embroidery, camping and climbing in the mountains, and making pies for her family.
