Olsen SPRING CITY Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 25, in the Spring City LDS Ward, for James Elmer Olsen, who passed away on May 21, 1999, in the Heritage Hills Nursing Home in Nephi. after a courageous battle with Fahrs Disease. He was born Aug. 19. 1948, Mt. Pleasant, to Elmer and Bertha Olsen . He grew up in Chester and Spring City, and worked at the Nor-beTurkey Processing Plant in Moroni, until nis illness forced him to retire early. He was a hard workin the er and community. He had a kind demeanor and a strong spirit. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-da- y Saints. He was preceded in death by his parents.
