Show &NP by Jessie Oldrovd FOUNTAIN GREE- N- The Second LDS Ward choir will hold their annual Christmas Cantata Sunday, Dec. 20, at 9:30 a. m.. in the chapel. The choir is singing "The Chorus in the Skies" by Edith Sanford Tillotson and Fred B. Holton. Conducting the choir is Mariana Schulze and accompanist is Brenda Mccliam. Anyone interested is encouraged to go and listen to the music. The Second LDS Ward recently held their Christmas party under the direction of Dick and Kathy Lloyd. The program was presented by the primary children. Christmas songs were also sung by Bonnie Bailey, Heidi Brown, Neidi Neill, and Holly Oldroyd. Mr. and Mrs. Santa Claus came and gave everyone candy canes. The First LDS Ward will present their Christmas program Sunday. MT PLEASAN- T- For the fourth year North Sanpete Honor Society students have volunteered their time to work with elementary students in the Talking With TJ Program. High school group leaders follow a behavior program outlined by Utah State University. They play games, watch videos and talk to the children about resolving conflicts. Students arrive in January, enroll in the local high school and stay for one semester. The Brazilian students are between the ages of 15 to 18, have good English skills, their own medical insurance and spending money. Gallery hours are from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday. She and her husband Steve, and their family have lived in Ephraim for many years. She has consistently produced brilliant work and is greatly admired by the public and fellow artists.
