The County Clerk will cause registration lists or copies to be available at the polling place for use by registered electors entitled to use such voting place. Absentee ballots may be obtained by any person otherwise eligible to vote at the special bond election but who is an absent elector (as defined m Section Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended), is physically, emotionally, or mentally impaired; will be serving as an election judge or who has election duties in another voting precinct; is detained or incarcerated in a jail or prison; suffers a legal disability; is prevented from voting in a particular location because of religious tenets or other strongly-hel- d personal values; is called for jury duty in state or federal court; or who otherwise expects to be absent from the voting precinct on election day of the special bond election by making application in the manner and within the time provided by law, either m person or by mail at the office of the City Recorder at the Fountain Green City Offices, 84 South State, Fountain Green, Utah.
