The bride is a graduate of North Sanpete High School and Weber State University, where she majored in biology, botany and education. bridegroom is a graduate of Gunnison High School. He completed an LDS mission and now serves as a crew chief at Canon Air Force Base. The couple will make their home in Clovis, New Mexico, where he is stationed. Thelma, Max Olsen celebrate fiftieth wedding anniversary The Kelly Sidwell SPRING CIT- Y- Max and Thelma Olsen celebrated their fiftieth wedding anniversary June 15, 1993. They were married June 15, 1943, in Sacramento, CA, where Max was stationed at McClelland Field. He spent years in the Army Air his discharge worked for Pacific Corps and after Railroad at Roseville. Fruit Express He and Thelma have held many volunteer positions in the LDS Church. Max has served as young mens counselor, elders quorum president, high priest group leader and Sunday School superintendent. He was a stake missionary for two years, bishop for over four years, and high councilman three times. Thelma has been a Relief Society president twice and Primary and Sunday School teacher. She taught genealogy classes for 16 years and worked five years at the genealogical library. She also attended Weber State University and plans to continue her education in radiological technology.
