It is one of the most summer celebrations in the state. The North Bend Entertainers Guild will start off the festivities with a melodrama starring the best actors and actresses in town, July 19, at 8 p.m. at Fairview Elementary. Friday, July 20, at 8 p.m., at the rodeo grounds, Clegg Championship Rodeo will be held. A carnival and barbecue will be held at the City Park with food being provided by the Fairview EMTs.
