On Dee. 23, 194S he married Etha Shaw in the Manti LDS Temple. They have five children, Lorell and Quay, both SpnngCity, Linda, Ogden, Marilyn, Park City, and Kent N'cpbi. 1 hey have seven giandchil-dre- n He started teaching school in Fsealante in the fall ol 1948. He taught school in the North Sanpete School district 31 years and was the photographer lor the Year Book. He was active in Boy Scouts ing his Eagle, two palms, Silvct Beaver and Seoulers Key He was Scoutmaster for about 45 yeais. He is an active member ol the LDS Church serving as Bishop, MIA pi evident, counselor in the ward and stake Sunday School, Seventies president, high councilor, and High Priest counselor and group leader. A reception will be held in their honor that same evening from 7 until 9 p.m. at the Moroni LDS Stake Center. The newlyweds will be further honored at a reception on May 20 in South Jordan. The bride is a graduate of North Sanpete High School and attended Snow College. She graduated fionr Von Curtis Academy of Hair Design in Salt Lake City and is currently employed at Tena's Hair Company in Ml. Pleasant. The bridegroom is a graduate ol Bingham High School. He is also a graduate of Snow College and Western Illinois University. He will be a graduate assistant football coach at New Hampshire University where the couple will make their home.
