MadJen Petrea Taya FOUNTAIN Services GREEN were held Friday, May 3, in the Fountain Green Ward Chapel for Petrea "Taya Lund Madsen, 73, who passed away April 29, 1985, in Orem, Utah, after a lingering illness. She was bom Nov. 20, 1911 in Mercur, Utah to Hyrum and Marie Violet Nielsen Daniels. She married James Othello Lund on Oct. 21, 1929 in Manti, Utah. He died on Oct. 19, 1957. She then married R. Parley Madsen on July 7, 1959 in Pocatello, Idaho. She was an active member of the LDS church, served in the Primary Presidency, was a mutual teacher and a visiting teacher for many years. She was active in the D.U.P. where she served as secretary for many years. She was a member of the Fountain Green Stitch & Chat leader and club, a made also many beautiful quilts.
