Show Millard County Progreaa, Fillmore, Utah 84631, Friday, June 1 9, 1 981 , Page 8 NOTICE OF SPECIAL BOND ELECTION TO ALL QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF MILLARD COUNTY, UTAH: Take notice that on Tuesday, the 14th day of July, 1981, a special bond election will be held in Millard County, Utah, at the places set out below for the purpose of submitting to the qualified electors of Millard County the following proposition: PROPOSITION Noma Jackson Avalon Johnson Alici tune Judge: Mai lene Christensen Highway 100 Howell, Utah "ft The voting at such special bond election shall be by ballot, which ballots will be furnished by the County Clerk to the Judges of election, to be by them furnished to the qualified electors. The polls at the aforesaid polling places shall be open between the hours of 7:00 oclock A.M. and 8:00 oclock P.M. There will be no special registration of voters for such election and the official register last made or revised shall constitute the register for such election, except that the County Clerk of Millard County will register as provided by law at her office during regular office hours, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays and except during the ten-daperiod immediately preceding the bond election, any person who on the date of election will be a qualified elector. The County Clerk will make available at the polling place registration lists or copies thereof listing all registered electors entitled to use such voting place. Absent-voter ballots may be obtained by any person otherwise eligible to vote at the special bond election but who on the day of the election, expects to be absent from the Millard County, or physically disabled, by filing an application in the office of the Millard County Clerk, Millard County Courthouse, 60 South Main Street. Fillmore. Utah, not later than the Friday immediately preceding the election (except for overseas applicants, whose applications shall be filed in said office no later than tw enty (20) days before the day of the elections). Any such person who desires to vote by absent voter ballot at the office of the County Clerk may do so by making application and casting such ballot at said office no later than the day before the election. Notice is further given that on Monday, the 20th day of July, 1981, that being within ten days after said election the Board of County Commissioners shall meet in public session as a Board of Canvassers at its regular meeting place at the Millard County Courthouse, 60 South Main Street, Fillmore, Utah, at 12:00 oclock noon and canvass the returns and declare the results of said election.
