Show KANOSH KAPERS winter weather by Dathcl Whitaker Willard and Dathel Whitaker enjoyed having their Anita daughter Higgs, husband Terry and three sons Jared, Ryan, and Kyle from Tooele at their home for a week. During a conversation over the phone before the family came to the boys told their grandpa Whitaker to be sure and save some snow so they could go sleigh riding behind the tractor when they came, but the sun came out a few days before they arrived. To help take care of their disappointment, Terry and Anita saddled up two of grandpas horses and took the boys for a ride. The horse that Anita and two of the boys were on began bucking. Ryan flew about two feet in the air, landing under the horses feet. He wasnt hurt, and didnt begin to cry until he looked at his muddy hands. Thank heavens for a soft mud puddle. The Whitakers were also happy to have their son Ray from Salt Lake and his fiancee, Diane Hill, spend Friday and Saturday with them.
