A new large, modern Kitchen has been added and the coffee shop enlarged. The majority of the equipment Is new. Mr. Duane Melville, Manager, will be on hand to show you around and explain the operation. Duane Is a very efficient and able manager. He started to work for John and Ilene when he was 15 years old, continuing until 1 964. Then he and LaRona, hts wife moved the the Provo area where Duane worked for the Royal Inn for six years. He completed a management course there. He was then made afternoon manager and later morning manager. In the spring of 1970, Duane returned to Fillmore again to work for John and Ilene as manager of the Truck StopCafe. Duane Is especially pleased wth his new equipment.
