attended and a good spirit and feeling was wars mault manifest arbe conference was presided over by councilor frauds francis the president ol of the stake richard frye being very sick flick and unable to attend the time was well occupied by elders frank croft and charles R clark who had judit returned from a nair sion siou to the Sou southern tuorn states elders john seaman and mark lindsay of weber stake and others of the local lecal brethren the young people especially good instruction in which they were advised to make use of the valuable opportunities they have to store their finup with address of welcome to governor vernor mcconnell was read and presented by henry flamm ot on behalf of the lue town trustees and citizens of rexburg Bez Rex burg the governor thanked the people for
