parrys stone quarry what is known as parrys stone quarry situated throe three or four miles east or of the cemetery near ephraim sanpete county produces a very beautiful kind of building onil ding stone some of it is now being used in the new hooper eldredge building in process of erection on main street it is a creamy or milky white is soft and easily worked and even in color and texture ten cars have been shipped to watson brothers of this city this season and five or six cars more have been ordered for the new county jail for ornamental use in brick buildings it would be hard to find any kind of stone more beautiful than this E L parry sons of Manti own the quarry
