Kimball, head of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-da- y Saints, was honored by 7,000 in the historic Salt Lake Tabernacle on his 85th birthday, and he jokingly said, Its really worth living 85 '' years to get this kind of a . program. His , birthday anniversary was broadcast by radio and television stations and President Kimball and his Camille wife, Eyring , Kimball enjoyed old time and music songs, recollections.
