The Thirteenth edition of WHOs WHO, published in eight regional volumes, features 355,000 students, or 5 per cent of the nations 6,500,000 high school juniors and seniors. They represent 20,000 of the 22,000 public, private and parochial high schools in the country. WHOs WHO students also compete for over $50,000 in scholarship awards and participate in' the publications annual opinion poll of teen attitudes. The bode is distributed on a complimentary basis to over 15,000 high schools, colleges, universities and public libraries throughout the country.
