May 5 is a Saturday, so it should be a convenient day for most. You must have an appointment, so please call the Heritage Center for all the detials, Perhaps the most outstanding feature of this health fair will be the optional blood testing service. There will be a 'it minimal charge to the participants for this test. But all other tests will be free. Transportation can be arranged for you, if you do not drive.
