In other areas of the balloting, Davis County voters approved Democrat Gunn McKay, 15,601 votes, in the congressional race. Jed Richardson, (R), received 13,991, Robert T. Owens (A) received 620 votes, and In- dependent Dennis A. De Boer received 326 votes. Sherman A. Wayment who lost the last election to Keith C. Warner tur-- ' ned the tables this year, defeating Mr. Warner for a State Senate seat in District 21. Ballots showed 2,258 votes for Mr. Wayment and 1710 votes for Mr. Warner in Davis County. state representative race, Warren Smith Wimmer garnered 2200 votes in District 51 with Edwin F.
