Rock M. Kirkham, IDS scout executive, spoke to the Scouts assembled on the values of meetings problems and overcoming them. The general arrangements were under the direction of Robert Reeder of Trenton, Benson district court of honor chairman. Awards were made under the supervision of A. L. Brown of Lewiston, district commissioner. advancements in rank Forty-fowere made and a total of 48 merit badges awarded. Following are the Scouts and Troops which received recogni tion: Troop 56 sponsored by Richmond South Ward , Harold Thompson, Rex AndeT son and Glade Bair, second class; James Mendenhall, first class; tenderfoot; Willard Hendricks, Walter Egan, merit badges in athletics and gardening.
