Myron Mdboy of Cle.irf.c-I- J was selected by the Davis County Couni il on Aging as the Outstanding Senior Citizen for Davis County. VOLUNTEER services lor the benefit of senior ciiiens on an area, communitv, church, county and stale level, were considered in making this award. Mr. Mabey is second vice chairman of the Council on Aging Board and has served on the executive committee, the transportation committee, the legislative committee, the finance committee, and tre nutrition council. He is also chairman of the Davis Countv Nutrition Council. MR. MABEY teaches two weekly classes tn lapidary at the Heritage Center, and has served as consultant to the building committee in planthe ning and equipping Gollapidary shop in the new den Years Senior Center. Ail of this service has been volunteered. He is a retired employee of the U.S. Post Office Department, and received a national safety award for 35 years of accident-fre- e driving.
