Judging by Utah Labor News observers the members noted in contacting of the Democratic state central committee, that we have every reason to believe that the Democratic party in this state is more har monious and in a better shape to present a united front at the polls than it has been in recent years. The contest for state chairmanship between Mr. Rawlings and Mr. Michelsen was a friendly, one. They have associated together as chairman and vice chairman of the party for the last two years and got along fine. d and Mr. Michelsen is has a long standing record in the party for faithful service. He understands politics, and, no doubt, will render valuable service in the 1936 campaign. Mr. Rawlings is an astute campaigner. He is a student of politics, and will make an effort to carry Democracy to success in this years election. Mr. Rawlings knows the duties and responsibilities of state chairman.
