Born Apul 26, 1911 in Delta, Colo, to Wairen Eai and Nellie Louise Hetts Fleetwood. Mar-lie- d I rank Marra Dec. 27, 1937 in Salt Lake City. He died May 18, 1986. We will always remember her as the loving lady that she was. Nancy enjoyed working in her garden and baking goodies for her two granddaughters. Nancy was an R.N. and graduated from Salt Lake General Hospital in 1933. Edith was very proud of her legacy and all their accomplishments. Birthdays were a time she always sent a card and some money. She served over 25 years taking care of the needs of the elderly at the care center in Castle Dale and then in Ferron. She w ill be greatly missed by all her friends and posterity. Her legacy is a brother, Ernest Henry Beach; children, Colleen Evelyn (John) Ev ridge, Charles Ernest (Eileen) Jeffs, Clareen Elean (Matt) Arnold, Channaine Edith (William) Sharp; 30 d grandchildren, 21 great-gran- OREM will be no service and she will be cremated. Gaudio, husband, brother, father, grandfather and Alvin J. Gaudio, age 80, passed away - a k.a. Big Al, beloved great-grandfathe- r, march 2, 2004 in Orem. He was born June 1, 1923 in Provo, to Luigi and Lavina Gaudio. Al married Alice Clifford in 1941, later divorced. He later married Jeanne Hersom July 29, 1975 in Hawaii. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Mount LDS Timpanogos Temple in October 1996. After graduating from Piovo High in 94 1 , Al moved to California to study shoe repair. He served in the Army from 1943 through 1946. He moved to 1 Provo and began working for Geneva Steel. In 1953 he started 'woiking for the BSA and moved to Price. He remained there until 1963 when he w;as offered a position with the BSA in Orange County, Calif. The family moved to Orem in 1977, where they purchased Verns Beehive, renaming it Big Als Boot and Shoe Repair. The shop was in operation for 20 years. The second Boor of the business served as a BSA museum. Al retired from the shoe repair business in 1997. He was an honorary lifetime member of the Provo Timp Lions Club which sponsors Troop 717, a special needs troop. Al and Jeanne have served over a century of service to the BSA. Al is survived by wife of 29 (Sharon) Gaudio, Manteca, Ca- lif.; Larry (Donna) Gaudio, Spanish Fork; Alice (James) Goll2 witzer.
