Show Sun Advocate Price, Utah Tuesday May 20, 2003 8A Castle Valley obituaries Harriet Melosi Jeanette Evans PRICE lently slipped away peacefully under the prayers of her hus- band and children May 1 8. 2003 in Salt Lake City. She was born Aug. 30, 938 in Los Angeles, Calif., to William J. and Louise Rohr Viens. Jeanette married Man in Eugene Evans Dec. 7. 1957 in San Diego, Calif., and was a wonderful loving mother to Debbie, Robert and Loretta. Mom enjoyed history, dancing, photography, singing and travel. Because of her love to share her knowledge of history and rock art, she started her own tour business, Reflections of the Ancients, giving tours in Nine-Mil- e Canyon and the San Rafael Swell. She really loved people and building new relationships, especially with her new found brother. Art, and his family. She was an active member of the Catholic Church, the archeology society, the Carbon County Travel Council and the Nine-Mil- e Coalition. She had a very giving nature and was loved by many. Jeanette will always be remembered for her intelligence, witty and fun loving personality. Survived by husband, Marvin Evans, Wellington; children, Debbie (Rick) Laughlin, Salt Lake; Robert (Carol) Evans, Helper; Loretta Van Wagner, Sandy; brother, Arthur (Margaret) Edwards, Grand Junction, Colo.; and seven wonderful grandchildren. Preceded in death by infant son, Daniel; parents; one sister and two brothers. Funeral Mass Thursday, May 10 22, a.m., Notre Dame de Lourdes Catholic Church. Vigil service Wednesday evening. 7 p.m., Mitchell Funeral Home. Family will be at Mitchells Wednesday and Thursday one hour prior to services. Committal serv ice. Wellington City Cemetery. T. He married Lois Coleen Draper on Jan. 24, 1944 in Helper and their marriage w as later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple. Dad lov ed the outdoors, hunting, fishing and camping. Jim loved to play golf with his golfing buddies and travel COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - James Leslie'McFall Jr., born March 8, 922 in Colorado Springs, Colo., the son of James Leslie McFall Sr. and Ellen Peterson McFall, passed away 1 with his wife, family and friends. Jim was a wonderful, compassionate and loving husband to Dot and father to his two children, Cindy (Bill) and Jim (Trudie), and grandfather to Cassandra and a wonderful son and brother to his family. He was respected and greatly loved by all in return. He is also survived by sisters, Joanne (Sharon) May 14. 2003 at his home surrounded by loved ones of causes incident to multiple myeloma. He was raised in Carbon County, graduated from Carbon High School and Utah State University in Logan. He taught school in Carbon County, then honorably served his country as an officer in the United States Army in both World War II and again in the Korean conflict. While serving in Japan, he met his wife, Dorothy, who was also serving in the Army. They were married June 7, 1952 and celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary last year. Jim worked for Boeing as a McDonald and Carol Anne (Lynn) Nielsen. He will be greatly missed by his family and his many friends. Services were Monday, May 9, at the Redondo LDS Ward.
