Phister TW PRICE - Lucille P Phister age 53, died Aug. 7, 1998 at Castle Country Care Center in Price Born Nov. 28, 1924 in Kenilworth, daughter of Andrew Pappas and Jenny Tittle. Married Wendel Phister. Member of the LDS Church She loved spending time with her family and taking care of the eld. FERRON . v?'. -- S S cr a , erly. She enjoyed fishing, bowling and cards. ' Survived by daughter and ; spouse, Marlene and Ronald Parkin, Kenilworth; grandsons and spouses, Larry and Stacy Parkin, Spring Glen; David and Markette Parkin, Price; grand- Doris Pappas, San Bernardino, Calif. Also survived by many nieces and nephews; and former husband, Andrew Todd. Preceded in death by parents. Graveside services will be at the Price City Cemetery Thursday, Aug. 13, at 11 a.m. daughter, Diane M. Parkin, Kenilworth; grandson, Robert Parkin, Kenilworth; sister, Marilyn and Henry Scorzato, Kenilworth; brothers, John and Evelyn Pappas, Carbonville; Luke and - Dortha FERRON - Lucinda Brasher Wild, 78, died Aug, 7, 1998 in Price. Born Sept. 24, 1919 in Huntington to Reuben and Ivy Hill Brasher. She married Ellis Wild in September 1958. Lucinda graduated from BYU and worked as a teacher for 41 years in Emery County. She was a dedicated temple worker in the Manti LDS Temple. As an active member of the LDS Church, she served in many callings, including that of Relief Society president. She was an avid traveler. She is survived by her brother, Kirk Brasher of Salt Lake City; numerous nieces and nephews; and her special friend, Frances Leonhardt. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ellis; sister, Ruby; and an infant son. Funeral services will be Tues- - She was born Feb. 28, 1907 in Emery, daughter of Severen and Mary Christensen Albrechtsen. Dortha married Sheridan Ray Powell, who passed away Dec. 27, 1965. Survived by three daughters, Gladys Palmer, San Diego, Calif., Beulah Duncan, Pingree, Idaho; Ilean Peterson, West Valley City; two sons, Sherell R. Powell, Bountiful; Boyd Lee Powell, El Paso, Texas; brother, Howard Albrechtsen, Clearfield; 14 grandchildren and many Funeral service were Monat Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary. Interment was in the Price City Cemetery with dedication of the grave. Aug. day, and 10, Beverlee Mathis Beverlee - Ann Washburn Mathis, age 69, passed away on Aug. 5, 1998. She was born on Aug. 10, 1928 in Provo, a daughter of Jesse Nile and Violet Hillas Washburn. She married Heniy George Mathis II on May 8, 1947 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Bev was our beloved wife, mother, grandmother and greatgrandmother who recently celebrated her 50th wedding anniversay. She livedmost of her adult life in' the Salt Lake City area until her retirement 13 years ago, at which time she and her e husband, Hank, became RVers for several years basing their residence first in Yarnell, Ariz., and later in Ivins, where they resided for the past 10 years. Always energetic, thoughtful and t great-grand-cbil- she managed the best she could to carry on, seldom complaining, always considering others before herself. She loved her husband deeply and the bond they shared was very special. She yvill be deeply missed by all who knew her. She was our Sunshine. She is survived by her husband, Henry George Mathis II of Ivins; two sons, Wesley L. (Vicki G.) Mathis of Sandy and Randy L. He Was born Dec. 19, 1933 in Richfield to Elmer and Lela Taylor Barney. He married Helen Stewart Jan. 9, 1953 in Elsinore. He was a loving, loyal husband and father who enjoyed camping, fishing and hunting. He was a very special man who was loved by all. He is survived by his wife, Helen; children, John, Allen and Ireta, all of Price, and Shane of Grantsville; mother, Lela Barney, of Tooele; many brothers and sis- ters. Born Nov. 30, 1915 in Ferron to Jesse M. and Llewlles Fugate Killpack. She married Delbert H. Childs Aug. 18, 1939 in Orangeville; later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple. She was an active member of the LDS Church. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and a very special friend to many. She loved crocheting, quilting and reading. She is survived by her children and their spouses, Sylvia and Dan Cutler, South Jordan; Sheila and Eugene Bartholomew, Mayfield; Don and Sharol Childs, Hunting-ton- ; Darwin Childs, Tooele; 18 grandchildren and 12 greatgrandchildren.
