Show 5q (, KBIT EDITORIAL LYNNDA JOHNSON Working at the Sun Advocate continues to be a demanding, but extremely rewarding experience. Even after nearly 10 years with the newspaper, I still find my job interesting, although I have to admit the pay and benefits could be better. No one with even an ounce of common sense would enter the journalism field solely for money. But the perks more than compensate for a more lucrative salary - perks like acting as the proverbial watchdog and guarding the publics right to know what is happening in the community. As a native of the local area, I believe in Carbon County and believe in Carbon Countys people. I enjoy my job and I especially enjoy the staff members I work with at the Sun Advocate. The days are never dull or boring!
